Orléans is at the opposite end of Ottawa, but because almost the whole drive is highway, training in Kanata is just under 40 minutes without traffic.
About 39 minutes / 44.4 km from central Orléans to our training base on Rouncey Rd in Kanata, calculated with OSRM on OpenStreetMap data without traffic. Allow extra time at rush hour and in winter.
Take Jeanne-d'Arc Boulevard to Hwy 174, continue west onto Hwy 417, exit at Terry Fox Drive and head south to Rouncey Rd. The Queensway gets busy at rush hour, so weekday sessions need a buffer.
Jeanne-d'Arc Boulevard is the main route between central Orléans and Hwy 174.
