Constance Bay is a former cottage community, now lived in year-round, on a sandy stretch of the Ottawa River. Training in Kanata is about 35 minutes away.
About 35 minutes / 31.9 km from central Constance Bay to our training base on Rouncey Rd in Kanata, calculated with OSRM on OpenStreetMap data without traffic. Allow extra time at rush hour and in winter.
Leave the Bay on Constance Bay Road, follow Dunrobin Road to March Road and continue south as it becomes Eagleson Road. Turn west on Hazeldean Road, then south on Terry Fox Drive to Rouncey Rd.
The Torbolton Forest trails and the beach at the Bay are the two places everyone knows.
