Arnprior sits where the Madawaska River meets the Ottawa River. Thanks to Hwy 417, training in Kanata is under 40 minutes east.
About 38 minutes / 48.4 km from central Arnprior to our training base on Rouncey Rd in Kanata, calculated with OSRM on OpenStreetMap data without traffic. Allow extra time at rush hour and in winter.
From Madawaska Boulevard join Hwy 417 eastbound, stay on it to the Terry Fox Drive exit and head south to Rouncey Rd. It is mostly four-lane highway.
Madawaska Boulevard is the main route between downtown Arnprior and the highway.
